Please grant me permission to download tecno l3 mtk backup with the neccessary files like preloader.bin, secro.img etc. I want to flash abricked tecno l3 that doesn't power on, only shows in "device manager"

I have successfully revived the phone, but am stuck on tecno logo. The phone in question has a broken volume key(nt working) what should i do?

you need the volume down button to enter factory mode (volume down + power) and clear eMMC.
that will fix the phone

I was thinking of using the "manual format" option and insert the address of the cache and usrdata partition to format them via spflash. What do you think?

for L3, clearinig eMMC is what fixes this stuck at logo thing (after flashing the MTK backup).
if you must clear userdata and cache, use fastboot in this case
