admin please help , my pc goes off completely whenever i hibernate or put in sleep mode. what might be wrong.

seems you have a buggy process running in the background.
go to your control panel > hardware and sound > power options > system settings
what settings do you have for "when I press the sleep button" and "when i close the lid"?

i already got a solution to it. it is called Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)

oh. you could've mentioned that you got a blue screen.
Thats a hardware or driver error at work.
