Help i need to upgrade my Oppo A83t

Some month ago my oppo had experience a virus issues so i sent it to technician because all mobile that ned to unscrew and attach wire to test point i can't do that. so the tech guy downgrade my oppo now some app on playstore are incompatible to download.. so i need to upgrade it again before i had no such issue but i worry i dont know how to use a gun and add wie to test point... so my question is... is there tool that can flash without unscrew or usin wire to test point
