- Locked Bootloader

Why do you need to flash it? Is it bricked?

after using it for almost one year. i can use it for just 3 hours. so I decided to restore factory.
my first ever restore factory gave me a bootloop during the first boot ,language setup. I don't know why. I didn't had history of rooting it nor unlocking bootloader. but it push throughed when I boot into safe mode.
But, after it was done, Chrome browser was not opening, it just nothing.
So I think, the firmware was corrupted so I want to flash it.
