I did the research download to back up my firmware, and after that, when it turned off, the phone won't turn on again (Realme Note 50).

What is your device showing up as in device manager?
If possible try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.

Explain exactly which pac file you used and the process you followed to backup.
Research Download tool might not be the best tool to use for this model though.
