I downloaded the full stock firmware on mega and the file directory folder is empty please help

Hello Hovatek, please I have problem of screen on my X650,I try to replace the broken screen but all the screen I try to use doesn't work normal what could be the problem sir,I have tested like 9 difference screen on the phone but the screen always pressing itself once I clip it
