Factory reset an unlocked Huawei B310s-22

Hi team,
I haved lost the admin password for my unlocked Huawei B310s-22. When i press the reset button is not working, the led start to blink in white and don't stop until i put if off then on.
Flashing it doesn't resolve the problem as the firmware is just downgrade or upgrade.
Is there someone who as this issue ?

Press the reset pin again and wait maybe 15-20 minutes if other lights don't show after a few minutes.
You may loo for a custom dashboard, they usually have a default username and password

Did you hold down the reset button for about 10 seconds or you just pressed the button and released?

yes i hold the reset for about 10sec some times and more another time but nothing.
Or may be you have a firmware that doesn't broke the reset button.
