i called mpcs to have this phone unlocked with the imei, and suposively they unlocked it on there end. but the sim unlock app still won let me use another sim card. and its not asking for any unlock codes either. Can any one guide me on how to configure this phone into working with att network sim? please.

if your device won't accept a foreign sim or at the very least, detect network signals then I'm afraid it's still locked
