I need .pac firmware for this. Is it possible? I don't have root and my bootloader is locked. I want to root my device somehow.

you need to unlock bootloader in order to root, unfortunately for you huawei no longer accepts bootloader unlock request

Another way is using exploits to gain root (even temporary). Unfortunately, I didn't find any working for my device. Android 6.0, June 2018 security patch.
