not available, but you could try using alcatel's mobile upgrade s tool ; see if you can download firmware for your model using the tool
then take preloader from the downloaded firmware and use it to attempt a firmware backup

I tried already the alcatel's mobile upgrade s tool to extract the firmware, but without success. The image structure can not be reconigzed...
