download magisk.zip and no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.0.zip to ext_sdcard
format /data partition in twrp
flash no-verity-opt-encrypt.zip first
then flash magisk.zip
then reboot twrp and check if it still requests for data decryption or not

If your boot.img is patched then you will have access to TWRP. When entering into TWRP you will be asked with TWRP. Tap on cancel. The first thing you need to do after tapping cancel is Format Your device by using: Wipe >> Format Data >> Yes.
After format, you can use TWRP to either backup/flash ROMs.
Alternatively you can also flash no-verity-opt-encrypt and Magisk. Above method worked for me.
Hello please while formatting which of the options should I select? I am having this same problem but I can get access to that formatting like you described.

I did as you said here still device still encrypted in TWRP loop. Using the TWRP file manager I noticed the boot folder is empty, should I flash the patched boot.img using TWRP?

(04-04-2021, 10:42 PM)kelvinchinedu I solve this issue just by wiping darvich,cache and system and Flash a treble based custom ROM like pixel experience or ressurecion remix through otg,and reboot to recovery and flash the so called lazy flasher .but make sure u backed up with wwr and sp . anytime I format my device or flash a firmware through sp am not getting any encryption message.
My device is not being detected by PC, making TWRP recovery my alternative for flashing from sdcard
