calculation of unlock for v4 algo devices isn't done by imei
you need to look for and flash a suitable usbloader or better still usblsafe, firmware and webui

if you flash usbloader then you don't need to calc code as it erases nvram and the network lock
or if you flash uldr_oem-nck then you can calc unlock as seen @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25309.html (same method and tools / files work for e3372, you only need to search for them online)
