Hi,
I have this huawei e5573cs-933 mobile wifi which suddenly turned off and does not power on or charge again.. I was wondering if someone could help me atleast make it power on. I haven't tried the tutorials on making it work with no batteries because i don't know if the wifi is still working.. I tried plugging it to a charger then used tester to know if the battery terminals are working and i only got a low reading.. Could anyone help me with this. Thanks in advance..

the guide without battery will not work, the device must be able to power on to run AT commands
is the device totally dead or at least showing any blinking leds?
does device manager detect the device?
