did you actually disconnect / reconnect the battery?
and to look for firmware, what you really need is the build number not ram / rom size
check the firmware builds

attach a clear screenshot of any error message you encounter while trying to flash

пробовал разные кабели, разные компьютеры и Windows 7 и 8
везде одно и то же ,fdl загружается до бесконечности
прикрепите четкий скриншот любого сообщения об ошибке, которое вы встретите при попытке мигать

it might be possible that this isn't the right firmware for your device
retry flashing again, hold the vol down button without releasing it. see if it helps
