hi gurus, i have this problem from my hp 635, after formatting it with win7, a couple of hours later, i got this error message:
"access violation at address 0063ebe1 in module 'svchost.exe' read of address 00000000"
and here are some screenshots too.
please what should i do because it seems that this problem have no solution.

this must have started after you installed a program or tried to launch a program, what program is that?
does the error message show up on its own? does it persist even after rebooting the PC?
