Hi there, I hope you can point me in the right direction.

I flashed my Tetra with stock rom using Sugar MTK (It downloads the Stock Rom via FOTA) and now the network is totally blocked. It doesn't ask for an Unlock Code when SIM is inserted and you cannot interact with anything inside the Network Menu.

I can get Root in this phone and also install TWRP following this https://forum.xda-developers.com/android...t-t3965337

But since I am not an expert on this Area... A lot of things there I don't understand.

Right now I am in this situation where my phone is Network Locked (NL)
Also I have a friend who has the same phone wich is Network Unlocked (NU).

I don't know if this device is complicated but I did research and saw that backing NV_Data up from a NU device and restoring it on the NL one could help with this issue.

But I can't do that... (don't really know how  to do that...)

This phone is my headache right now.

If you could help some way, I'll be grateful.

you can try backup and restore using twrp, there's twrp in the xda link you posted
first unlock the bootloader then flash twrp to both phone then
backup in twrp from the unlocked phone then copy the backup over to the locked phone then restore in twrp

Oh man, That's a nice idea but Afff... I'm just scared of messing with my friend's phone trying to install TWRP on it. I'm gonna' try that as a last resource.
Any Ideas without messing too much with his phone?

Thank you very much for your reply.

you can try either https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html or https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
if it turns out that your device has secure boot (it should anyway), copy and use the DA file you used to flash from sugar mtk ; refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23733.html
