This issue started two days ago. I tried to on my laptop but it was not coming up. I did all hard reset and it worked for some time later went off. Since then, it has been going off and on. I have removed the battery times without number each time I reinsert the battery, the laptop will come up itself.

try removing the battery then connect only the charger and attempt to power it on
check if acts in the same way, also did anything happen to the PC just before the problem start that you forgot to mention maybe?

you need to have the PC checked properly by a technician
BTW does the PC overheat when you attempt to power it on?

It might be overheating. Try blowing some air into the vent then power up.
You could also have the fan cleaned

I don't know how to clean the fan and it is very dirty. I tried removing one stick of ram and work a bit but it does go off and off once in a while.

have you tried using an entirely different RAM? one you've tested on a different PC
use a blower or tiny brush and you need to dismantle the PC properly and single out the fan

I have not tried using Another RAM but I'm planning to get another RAM of 8gb DDR3L. The screenshot of RAM stick that I remove is below

I can't go beyond the level of dismantling I did so that some stuff will not get spoilt

Sometimes if I remove the battery and reinsert it again the system will just on itself.
