[Please help] Infinix Hot 3 (x554 16+1 A2) refuse to accept flash.

Note: i tried to use volume up + cable but nothing important. the phone tries to boot but stucks as usual.
format the phone using format all except bootloader in sp flash tool (format tab) and if successful then check if the phone is able to power on or not

See this attachment below for how exactly it does when i try to format. After fail, i on the phone nothing, the problem still exist.

your screenshot shows you're not in the format tab in sp flash tool
format tab >> auto format flash >> format whole flash except bootloader >> start

seems like the emmc chip is either faulty or loose, have this checked by a phone hardware repair technician and replace if necessary

He said somehow he was able to read the "phone info" with his box and even "read nvram" of the phone.
Nothing else worked with the phone on the box options beside these two option.
I don't know that became possible.
