I have an hard bricked LG aristo...I found the msm8917 for the chipset and I now have the firehose programmer which is named xiaomi
But I do have a question...if i should use the xiaomi firehose programmer,could it cause any harm to my phone.Because when I tried it at first I keep getting Sahara test failed.please I need your advice and guide....I do not have patch0xml file nor rawprogram file either.please guide me.thanks in advance

If your phone is bricked then what you need is the full firmware for your model. Which files do you have for this model and how did it get bricked?
Also, what's the phone's current condition?

Now after i flashed the old version firmware the phone went off immediately and it no more responsive. No vibration,no charging,no turning on. But when connected to pc it's recognized as qualcomm 9008 device
I used qfil on my pc and it recognized it....but i cant seem to flash the extracted dz files.Qfil says sahara test failed. Emmc tool studio says :cant find xml file

the firmware you flashed must have has a lower quse than the previous firmware on the phone resulting to the hardbrick
attach full screenshot of the extracted firmware you have
how did you confirm that this programmer file you're using actually works for the said device? cause the error on qfil is telling otherwise

Yes.. The firmware is wrong that why it hardbricked
And i very much suspect the firehose programmer file is wring
But am concerned about trying different firehose programmers files because i dont know what eefects the trials would have in the phone
This is the link to the new firmware i now have X210MA10k_00_MPCS_US_OP_0816 when the phone was stuck in fastboot mode i used this to recover it through download mode and it worked . So am very sure this is the correct firmware
I would post the pictures of the new firmware extracted files soon and the link to the wrong firmware i flashed that caused the hardbrick. Thanks in advance

there's nothing wrong with try as many firehorse files as you can find, cause if it won't work then the flashing tool would fail almost immediately (sahara error, bootid error and the likes)

Could you please help me get the rawprogram file for my phone.U think that is the only solution for it at this point.Or maybe I could get a guide on how to create rawprogram file for my aristo 2

you tried the list of programmer files for your chipset @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25696.html ?
you can only get rawprogram & patch0 file either from firmware OR firmware backup from a working device using a hardware box / dongle tool (after the backup, rawprogram will be created)

I somehow found the rawprogram in "users/laptop/appdata/roaming
Am kind of confused.What does the patch0.xml file contains maybe there is a way I could find it on my PC.Or could you help me extract the firmware and share me the patch0.xml file.Please
