Hi everyone
I need urgent help with Techno Camon Al86 model I think its a clone but it is stuck in boot loop i have tried hard reset erasing cache even format or reset but nothing please help with a solution i have now downloaded Techno AL86 clone firmware but don't know what to do next

Attach screenshot of the contents of the firmware you downloaded, let's take a look.
Also, make backup of the the phone's current firmware.

backup the current firmware from your phone using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
before you attempt to flash the firmware you downloaded

How did you reset yours? I can't even boot to recovery
