Tecno k7 Not browsing

My Tecno k7 has browsing problem,
Opera mini only works when data saver is on
Chrome,gmail, , play store doesn't work
Whatsapp only chats, can't view or upload status and media files
Facebook is working but not showing pictures

What could be wrong ?

are you sure you really have an active data subscription?
are you using a VPN?
have you tried resetting network settings or factory resetting the phone?

no I'm not using vpn and yes I've tried resetting network settings

Maybe you have a really poor networ coverage around you.
For how long has it been that way?
Did you make any changes to the phone recently? Like updates, flashing etc.

You tube not working
Opera mini only works when it's in data saver
instagram not working
Whatsapp and facebook only texts doesn't show pictures
Facebook lite not working at all
I flashed the first time I encountered this problem and everything went back to normal for a month but now it's back
Please help

The network coverage is great here
,and no I didn't make any changes to my phone

do you remember the last changes you made to the phone before the problem started again? like installed app or modified settings?
