click on the wifi icon at the bottom right hand corner of the taskbar >
it should pop up a list of available wifi {that is if there is any} >
click on the wifi you intend to connect to >
then click on connect and input the password if it prompts for password
all this is assuming the PC in question has its WiFi card and SW driver properly installed

Did you recently re-install the OS? When and how did this issue start?

Also, attach screenshot of your device manager for verification.
