(26-07-2018, 01:15 PM)MchawiC tried to root my phone, fero zoom LTE, mt6735, using magisk, successfully got the modified boot.img, flashed it via fastboot but the phone freezes on boot logo. what could be the issue?
Where did you get the boot.img you patched, is it for your phone's build?

Extracted the original boot.img from the phone using miraclebox
Try flashing your stock boot image and see if the phone will boot to home screen.

Try flashing your stock boot image and see if the phone will boot to home screen.

i did flash the stock boot.img and its okay. but the image from magisk just isnt working

flashed the boot image and i successfully booted to home screen
