How do I prevent my MAC address from changing, or how can i assign a permanent one?

depending on the android version of your P9
if its 4.2, download nvram and secro for 4.2 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19434.html ; flash using SP flash tool
if its 4.4, download DB files for 4.4 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19434.html ; then see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-12311.html

Ensure that the firmware you got the db file from is the same one running on your phone

I am on 4.2, i read your instructions once more and i found my mistake

I flashed nvram and secro by loading a scatter file with the '_NODL_' removed infront of nvram line

Sp flashed tools then displayed the nvram flash option

Thank you very much
