mtk droid tools wont work on your device chipset.
alternatively, you can attempt dumping your firmware in scatter file format using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

for a full ROM backup until what partition i must include in the backup? flashinfo for inluding userdata?

cause droid tool not work with chipset mtk6735, is there a workround or another tool to convert ROM_0 to SPflash tool?

I flashed my Protoz tablet with a ROM that I backup from from a similar Protoz tablet. I followed the the tutorial video and article you provideo in creating the backup.

When I flash it everything goes well, but it won't boot.
Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life? I have the other working tablet

If flashing was successful take-out the battery and re-insert then charge the phone for like 2-3 hours, it might be battery drainage issue.
