Hey bro, If we flash boot.img using SPF or SPD tools
we need to replace boot.img from stock firmware
and if we try to flash the stock firmware then it will factory reset the phone as well and Magisk will be deleted from the phone.
Well, I know that SPF has option to partially select things to flash but I dunno if SPD has it.

You're to untick and flash only the boot partition for MTK.
For SPD, use fastboot to flash the patched boot.img as explained in the tutorial. Watch the Video for more.

Should I just renamed it to boot.bin, not need any converter software?

Edit: Will it be fine if I'm flashing my patched boot made by magisk, while my bootloader is still locked? As above, I will use miracle box as flashing software.

Just rename boot.img to boot.bin.
You can flash the patched boot on a locked bootloader
