[Please help] TECNO W3 DEAD BOOT AFTER MIRACLE BOX CRASHED

Please my tecno w3 is in dead boot after miracle box crashed while using it to backup before rooting in case of any problem. After the crash of the app the phone is not booting anymore and it also does not respond to charge
Am really fraustrated, dont know what to do.
Any help please

If you can't take out the battery, connect it to power and keep charging

Oh! Sorry. You could have tried the method of shorting the gold plates KColo and GND.
