It was totally dead... Wouldn't show when it charged. But now it's only showing when it charges after I ran SP Flash.

Boot into recovery by pressing power and volume up at the same time and do a factory reset. The ROM you flashed probably didn't have userdata and cache images

1. Are you saying its only able to show a charging sign (when connected to power) but won't boot up at all when you press the power button
2. What battery % is it showing?
