dont think that launcher will work. you need to to get one that is compatible with your version of Android. download the update.zip below. lets know when thats done

now, open the update.zip . you'll see a folder named system and another named app in the system folder.
now, drag and drop the launcher into the app folder then copy the update.zip directly into your phone's SD card (dont place in any folder).
boot into recovery mode and flash the update.zip. reboot after that and lets know how it goesÂ
