Its had probably been unseated or damaged. Take it to a hardware technician to take a look

i believe shigege has already replied you bro
since the device fell to the ground, then if it has gone out of position, then the technician should easy reseat the hardware component.
if it has been damaged, then the technician should be able to change it.
