The problem likely comes from your system partition. before we proceed, backup your phone (in case something goes wrong) then flash Clockworkmod recovery to it. follow this guide @ http://www.hovatek.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=455 . lemme know when you've done that.

I tried the sp flash tool method but i was unable to downloaded the android cache files

That's great news ..now if you have α good working F7 ..follow this thread cwm backup тσ вє able тσ create α cwm backup of the good phone

1. Do you mean that your F7 that's misbehaving now has Clockworkmod recovery?
2. Do you have access to a working f7?
