try it on another huawei or zte modem

Download the latest version of DC unlocker. it should detect the modem.
Problem is your modem is GLO bolt e303 and is mostly likely to have 0/10 attempts left.
if you're willingly to try, you can buy dc credits directly from dc unlocker site.. it should be 4credits for unlocking e303
1credit = 1euro
ie approx N1000 for 4credits
