Hi.... engineer, i hav Blackberry z10 blinkin red light only while display is black, i tried to update using bb link, explorer, autoloader but all way no luck because it extracts file and after extracts the green colour disapear and remain red blinking...an error appear and phone disconnected..!!
What to do my friends...
