Fastest way is disconnecting/reconnecting the battery clip, take it to a hardware expert if you arent good in hardware.

i believe i got it interrupted while doing a read back... it should still be left to charge?

easier fix will be to loosen the back cover then disconnect / reconnect the battery
if you want keep charging, check page 1 for tips to speed it up. you can also interchange vol up with vol down just before connecting the charger to the phone
