Encryption Unsuccessful/Mount-Data Error/Frozen Infinix Logo

Hi,
I have an Infinix x403 phone. I was updating my apps from Google Store a few days ago when some apps started stopping "Unexpectedly." Decided to reboot and the next thing I got was an "Encryption Unsuccessful ..." message and then later the phone just freezes on the Infinix Logo.
My phone is not rooted and I would like to get it back functioning asap. Please can you help.
