please i need help. i bought an iphone4 ios7 which was backedup on icloud and locked. network not coming up and if connected to itune its showing enter email and password to activate.. which i have no idea about. please i need solution!

you'll need to either bypass iCloud using a DNS or pay for an iCloud unlock service
