THE NEW ITEL PRIME NOTE, ITEL 1701, AND PLEASE THE FIRST TIME I VISIT THIS SITE THERE WAS CHAT ONLINE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SITE, BUT CANT FIND IT AGAIN, I NOTICE THE IMAGE IN THE ILLUSTRATION ON METHOD 2 HERE IS A BIT DIFFERENT FROM MY PHONE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED

the conventional methods don't seem to work on your phone model.
we'll update the thread once a working method is available
BTW, I can see other Engineer modes, have you tried them?

option in it... how can i change the imei num. without pc...?
