I have HTC one x, it doesn't access any sim other than glo.
Also it imei got null and I don't have it backup.

Did you attempt changing the IMEI at any point? Also, what did you do that resulted in this issue?

I didn't try to change it and secondly that is how it was

you best go with a stock ROM for now. Search for your phone model's ROM @ http://androidruu.com/
