I have a problem, when i press Y For Install ADB system-wide? mine displays 0 files copied instead of 4 files copied and when i proceed to the next step, the installation wizard just closes. please help

Try running the setup as Administrator.
If the problem still persist then try using a different pc.

i have extracted the set up run it as administrator but on the copied files is zero and there is no pop up installation wizard popping up
somebody help please

I have downloaded the tool and extract it, then there are two applications the ADB and fastboot in which I have run them but to no avail, they are not popping up any installation wizard at all

That is not how to use them.
