Blackberry fail to reconnecting to JVM

(05-09-2014, 11:01 PM)Emmarhx Have a bold 4 flashing red light, try reloading it but anytime I get to reconnecting to JVM it will tell me fail to reconnect. Pls help me out
What method did you use in trying to reload it? Blackberry desktop manager or loader.exe?

To use the NOJVM method, open the directory where loader.exe is > hold down shify > right-click on any blank space > select open command window here > type Loader /NOJVM then press enter > proceed with the loader wizard
