Please I need help with flashing my tecno s5 phone its not rooted nor bricked but the processing is sometimes slow.

Go to Settings > Storage > Erase phone storage

Learn MediaTek, Unisoc / Spreadtrum (SPD) and Qualcomm Software Repairs @ https://www.hovatek.com/training

Can't I flash with a flash software like SP flash tool??? or any other flash software for better results?

There's absolutely no need for that. your phone isn't bricked so don't take unnecessary chances
