It look like a hard disc problem! After hp 620 laptop bootloop

after bootloof i can't format my pc it blank screen after and cd run fast then bootloof again.
I have tasted my hard disc via bios and i got error on 10%, but when i put it in side externel hdd no error detected, all files on c,d and e drive are safe and fresh, and no any warning from the antivirus or windows.
Two days i can't access my laptop 2 days ago.

If you can get access to a working PC then install Windows on your Hard disk using the guide @ http://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-creat...isk-drive/ then insert the hard disk back into your PC and boot.
