Hello everyone,
I need help unlocking the NCK code on my Alcatel One Touch Y800B modem.
The device is locked to a network and asks for an NCK unlock code when I try to use another SIM card.
Could someone please help me obtain the correct NCK code or explain the proper procedure to unlock this model?
Model: Alcatel One Touch Y800B
Network: Unitel
Country: Angola
I can provide the IMEI privately if it is required.

Thank you very much for your help. I would really appreciate a quick response.
