How to fix boot.img getting larger when adding TW_INCLUDE_CRYPTO OR OTHER DECRYPTION FLAGS
I already tried adding those flags to reduce boot.img size

Are these the only flags that make your TWRP exceed the partition size?

What is the size of your generated TWRP vs the partition size?
when i add the full decryption flags it usually goes upto 33mb and my boot.img size is only 32mb

These flags should shave off at least 2MB
