[Please help] Error building tree

First I tried recovery img. It didn't fail, but when I flashed it into my device, nothing showed up and whenever I boot into recovery, it just boots into the main system.
Next I tried boot img. It failed and I got the error message:
Error building tree! Please contact us. Work ID: fIg8DA58cyDHdFSn0ccs
Device Model: Gplus Q10
CPU: mt6761
Came with: Android 9
architecture: arm32_binder64

You're to stick to recovery.img then.
Unpack and repack the stock recovery image using Android Image Kitchen, then flash.
Does it enter recovery mode?
