reaching out to request the official stock ROM or firmware for the X-TIGI KIDS 7 PRO tablet.
The device is currently stuck in a boot loop with the following symptoms:
Instead of showing the normal battery charging icon when plugged in, it only displays the device logo.
It does not boot into the system or load into recovery mode.
The tablet remains stuck on the logo screen until the battery completely drains.
I have tried basic troubleshooting but have not been able to resolve it. I need the original stock firmware to restore the tablet to its factory state.
If possible, please provide any direct download links, mirrors, or guidance on where I can safely obtain the authentic firmware for this model. I would also appreciate any recommended USB drivers (e.g., MTK/MediaTek) needed for flashing.

A factory reset in recovery mode should do, no need to flash anything and risk making things worse
