Hello hovatech,
I format all + flash my Y5 Prime using SP Flash Tool (flashed wrong Boot.IMG), and now when I try to use MTKCLIENT "MTK DA seccfg unlock" to unlock, it reports success, but Fastboot says "Unlocked = No".
I have also forgotten to make a backup before the format, and only have a dump of another phone, and that lacks the seccfg.bin file, which is apperantly needed for the unlock method.
What should I do?

Had you successfully unlocked the bootloader of this device using this method before formatting it?

I did, but after the format, the Bootloader got relocked, and it doesn't unlock by mtkclient anymore.

Here's a Huawei Y5 Prime 2018 scatter dump that contains seccfg. Let me know how it goes

Hello,

Unfortunately, this didn't work. It does the same as flashing it with sp flash tool; It throws a "failed verification" error after doing the seccfg unlock command.

Check OEM unlocking under Developer Options. What does it say?

It's not greyed out, and Says "Allow the Bootloader to be unlocked", so it failed.

Turn it off and on again, then retry.
