[Please help] Need stock OTA zip firmware for Tecno CH9n (Camon 18) - Build 230619V4089

Hi everyone,
I am completely locked out of my phone due to a system glitch where the lock screen refuses to accept my correct PIN code. I cannot perform a factory reset because I have critical user data on the device that is not backed up.
Carlcare cannot help me because there are no physical service centers in my country, and they refuse to provide the firmware file directly.
I need the flashable SD card stock OTA update package (.zip) to refresh the system files via Android Recovery Mode, hoping it will repair the UI glitch and read my password correctly.
Here is my exact recovery screen text:
Device: TECNO Camon 18 (TECNO-CH9n)
Android Version: 12
Build Signature: TECNO/CH9n-OP/TECNO-CH9n 12/SP1A.210812.016/230619V4089 user/release-keys
Does anyone have this specific V4089 firmware version archived on a server or Google Drive that they can share?

You'll rarely find Transsion firmware in OTA format, let alone that of a specific build number.
