I made one of the worst mistakes: not making a dump or backup of the original ROM.

I had rooted the tablet, and accidentally, while installing a Magisk module, the tablet shut down due to lack of power. When I charged it and turned it back on, it was corrupted. I exhausted all the fastboot methods, but nothing fixed the corruption. I resorted to flashing a ROM that, while I'm not sure if it was the exact same one, I know was almost identical to the one I used to root the tablet. After flashing, it got stuck in a bootloop and didn't show the corruption, but recovery and fastboot worked. I got desperate and did a full factory reset (format all & download), and now it went from a soft brick to a hard brick. Now it's only recognized when I connect it to a PC.

I'd like to know if anyone can help me or could provide a dump or backup, at least of the preloader, and help me.

Really big mistake indeed.
We'll list the firmware once available.

Thanks for replying, but I was able to revive the tablet by combining preloaders and ROMs from twin motherboards.

Could you make a full dump (except userdata) and upload then share the link so we can archive it in case someone else needs it

Understood, I should clarify that the dump is not exactly the original; this is a ROM from a nearly identical tablet that shares the same CPU. The advantage is that its super.img file is lighter.

This is the link to the preloader and the logo (optional). It's normal for the boot.img to say "umidigi". The hard brick made it impossible for me to make a backup of the 100% real ROM:

https://www.mediafire.com/file/of9kq3ynh...go.7z/file

Here is the working ROM, remember to always back up your nvram and nvdata, Otherwise you'll lose your IMEI and even signal calibration, leaving you on the 3G network:

https://projects.umidigi.com/download/20...231106.rar

Remember: back up your NVRAM and NVDATA, this will keep your IMEI, SN, Networks/Signal safe. If you're using fastboot because your tablet still powers on, try flashing only the super.img, boot.img, and the various vbmeta, vbmeta_system, and vbmeta_vendor files (I don't recommend fastboot because of the partition table and different sizes, that's why I ask you to back up the NV files).

If you're using SP Flash Tool, it's simple: where it says scatter, you'll put your scatter.txt file, which is inside the .rar file. First, extract the rar file. Once you have the scatter file, SP Flash Tool will know where to rewrite the partition table, I recommend you use "Firmware Upgrade" because it cannot delete protected partitions such as your IMEI, Signal/Network, If that doesn't work, you'll have to completely rewrite the partition table with "Format all & Download"

So, within SP Flash Tool, click on Preloader and replace it with the preloader I shared. If you want, you can also replace the logo.bin file with the one I provided. Use the NVRAM ame NVDATA you have, The original ones, not the ones from the ROM. Try the Firmware Upgrade option first.
