ZTE Blade Z Max - Z982 _ Bootloader unlock/root possible?

Ive tried the TWRP device tree builder and got error messages with both recovery_0.img, and boot_0.img.
I have used QFIL to download and read those same two files, (Indicated by XDA forums), to edit the bootloader permisison check.
Nothing seems to work.
Not sure if I should post in the linux category but
Have you guys here got the time to show me how to use pythons new "pipx" to run twrpdtgen?
Ive been getting an error loop where I have to use pipx to install and then I dont have access to the twrpdtgen "module".
Very confused.

What command did you use to install the module?
